About The Position

Criteo is launching Criteo GO, a self-serve, full-funnel advertising platform designed to help small and mid-sized businesses drive growth through easy-to-activate, performance-driven campaigns. As part of this launch, we are building a team of SMB Growth Representatives (Activation & Inbound Sales) to support a high-volume, sales-assisted motion that complements the self-service experience. In this role, you will focus on converting inbound and high-intent prospects into active advertisers by guiding them through onboarding, campaign launch, and early success. You will play a critical role in helping new customers achieve time-to-value fast while reinforcing a scalable, product-led approach. This is a high-impact, entry to mid-level role designed for individuals who are excited to develop core sales and customer engagement skills in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, customer success, or similar client-facing roles
  • Comfortable managing a high volume of leads and customer interactions
  • Strong communication skills across phone, video, and email
  • Highly organized, with the ability to follow structured processes and prioritize effectively
  • Interested in digital marketing, advertising, or SaaS platforms
  • Data-oriented and comfortable working with performance metrics and KPIs
  • Coachable, proactive, and motivated to grow within a sales organization
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to digital marketing, ecommerce, or AdTech environments
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Experience in SMB or high-velocity sales environments
