The SMB Sales Account representative position focuses on supporting the customer by providing premier customer service, account maintenance, as well as generating new revenue for the enterprise from upsell and new service additions for assigned accounts. The Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining positive relationships with Comporium’s small to mid-size customer base. This includes daily customer visits, customer account reviews and cross departmental collaboration to ensure an exemplary customer experience for customers across all markets. The SMB Sales Account representative will be responsible for utilizing a CRM platform to document all sales activities and customer interactions with the primary focus on strengthening customer relationships.
