About The Position

ABC Fitness is seeking a driven, results-oriented SMB Account Executive for its North American fitness industry sales team. The role is suited to a motivated hunter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and generates new business through outbound prospecting. The Account Executive will identify and pursue opportunities, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and manage efficient sales cycles from initial outreach through close. The role contributes to business growth by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings targets. The position is remote.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience.
• Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales, including outbound lead generation.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of opportunities simultaneously.
• Comfort using AI tools to improve outbound prospecting, personalize outreach, and streamline internal workflows.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach.
• Deliver product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings targets through disciplined prospecting, pipeline management, and effective sales execution.
• Work with Customer Success to support seamless onboarding.
• Manage a detailed sales pipeline in Salesforce and maintain accurate forecasts.
