On our two-year Global Supply Chain Graduate Program, you’ll apply your scientific, engineering or digital knowledge to real manufacturing challenges while developing through rotations, training and mentoring.

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a scientific discipline (such as Engineering, Science, Technical, Biological Sciences) or a related field, with a focus on data management, digital technologies, change management or project management
Written and spoken fluency in English.
Graduation date by August 2027.
A relevant degree, interest in innovation and pharmaceutical manufacturing, and willingness to learn how the work supports patients.
An interest in using new technologies, digital and data analytics to solve complex problems.
Interest in pharmaceutical manufacturing, continuous improvement and high-quality work that supports patients.
Works accurately using agreed checks, applies structured problem-solving methods and manages projects effectively.
You solve problems with people and build strong relationships across teams and partners.
Takes ownership of agreed tasks, asks questions and seeks support when needed.

Responsibilities

Spend time at your home site, working on cross-functional projects and rotations to deepen your expertise and knowledge of the business.
A short-term breadth assignment, which could include global-focused opportunities, to expand your skills and experience beyond your home site.

Work with experts to prioritize and coordinate continuous improvement initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in coaching and project management.
Be at the forefront of innovation by contributing to the deployment of GSK’s production system (GPS) strategy.
Supporting the implementation of lean standards in production environments.
Work with teams to establish key performance indicators (KPIs) that maintain high standards.
Training and coaching employees and managers in applying continuous improvement techniques and tools.
Leverage advanced technologies like AI and PowerBI to analyze data and boost productivity and efficiency.
