Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering: Automation, Robotics, Controls & Systems, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical or Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering, Robotics Technology Engineering, Chemical Engineering or related field with modules in automation, robotics, systems, software and/or cybersecurity.
Graduation date by August 2027.
Written and spoken fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Design, execute, and validate engineering projects while adhering to industry-leading standards and regulations.
Manage the lifecycle of new equipment, from design to installation and commissioning, ensuring seamless integration into operations, working with suppliers.
Enhance the performance, safety, and reliability of manufacturing equipment & utilities through predictive maintenance and lifecycle management.
Drive efficiency and innovation using AI and digital transformation technologies as part of our digital transformation journey.
Define and implement improvements, upgrade systems, and work with control systems and robotics technologies to optimize manufacturing operations.
Use data-driven approaches & data visualization techniques to monitor processes, identify trends, and implement solutions to improve decision making & operational efficiencies.
Utilize techniques e.g. condition-based monitoring and predictive maintenance, for optimal equipment performance.
Develop analytical and advanced problem-solving skills (e.g., DMAIC/Six Sigma) to tackle complex challenges to improve processes and drive cross functional collaboration.
Contribute to energy management and sustainability projects, supporting GSK’s Net Carbon Zero mission.
