About The Position

Join the GSK Quality Science Graduate Program in Marietta, US, starting in September 2027. This two-year program is designed to help talented, driven students and graduates make an impact on billions of lives by getting ahead of disease. Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Biomedical Sciences, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical science or a related field of study.
Graduation date by August 2027.
Written and spoken fluency in English.

Responsibilities

Build knowledge of industry regulations and the critical role of compliance in a highly regulated environment.
Work in state-of-the-art quality testing laboratories and manufacturing facilities, mastering analytical techniques (Wet Chemistry, Chromatography, Microbiology, etc.) and gaining experience across the production process with raw materials, intermediate products, finished products, sterility, and environmental testing.
Learn how different elements of the pharmaceutical manufacturing process interact to ensure uncompromised product quality.
Dive into quality systems, ensuring the application of GSK quality standards in operations such as deviations, corrective and preventative actions, change control, and documentation.
Develop understanding of risk management and compliance critical to pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Work with teams across manufacturing, quality, technical services, R&D and supply chain to introduce new products and/or testing methods seamlessly.
Work on projects focused on sustainability, waste reduction, and green lab initiatives, contributing to GSK’s Net Carbon Zero mission.
Enhance problem-solving skills through contributing to performance improvement projects using advanced problem-solving techniques (DMAIC, Lean Six Sigma).
