About The Position

As an Inside Sales Consultant, you'll own the full sales cycle—helping businesses grow their online presence and access tools to succeed in today's evolving commerce landscape. Your success will come from the relationships you build, the targets you achieve, and the product knowledge you master and share. This is a Talent Pipeline for an upcoming sales class on July 20, 2026. The role is based in our Etobicoke office, balancing in-office collaboration with remote flexibility.

Requirements

Sales experience with success in hitting targets in a fast-paced environment.
Post-secondary education in business, commerce, marketing or a related field. Equivalent work experience may be considered a substitution.
Experience in restaurant, retail and self care industries.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and influence (written and verbal).
Proficient in Microsoft Windows.

Nice To Haves

1+ years experience in the payment industry.
Bilingualism in Mandarin/Cantonese an asset.
Bilingualism in English/French an asset.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from the first point of contact until you close the sale.
Prospect for new business between inbound calls by performing outbound calls and managing partner leads.
Work in a self-directed manner, navigating through a fast-paced environment and meeting productivity standards.
Maintain knowledge of Moneris Solution products, services and rates, ongoing marketing activities and important competitor products, pricing, strengths and opportunities.
Keep up to date with industry trends to assist educating our merchants.
