About The Position

This role involves working within a defined geographic territory targeting clients with 1-49 employees. The primary responsibility is to identify and sign new clients for ADP's affiliate insurance agency, Automatic Data Processing Insurance Agency Inc.'s, group healthcare solutions. This includes educating small business clients on the benefits of offering health coverage and driving product adoption within the region. The role requires partnering with internal teams to support client success, cultivating relationships, setting appointments, gathering leads from business partners, assessing client needs, and closing business in the field. The ideal candidate will possess integrity, resilience, positivity, and a "refuse to lose" attitude, viewing challenges as opportunities to thrive. Requirements

  • Upbeat, persistent style with the ability to cold call without fear of rejection.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to present ideas clearly and professionally in writing, in person, and over the phone.
  • Problem-solving skills to find answers or solutions during fast-paced change.
  • A continuous learning mindset, always seeking to improve processes.
  • One to two years of prior work experience in Health Insurance Sales, Employee Benefits, Insurance Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Retail, or another relevant industry, OR military experience.

Responsibilities

  • Expand ADP's Health & Benefits Reach by closing sales, winning business, and reaching sales goals independently and collaboratively within an assigned geography.
  • Educate and Sell Group Healthcare Solutions by implementing a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners, helping them understand the value of offering group health benefits.
  • Drive Product Adoption by acting as a key resource in the territory, conducting training and providing ongoing education on ADP's health and benefits solutions to clients and internal partners.
  • Deepen Relationships Across the ADP Family by strategically cultivating additional business within existing accounts, in addition to selling cloud-based human resources solutions.
  • Collaborate Daily by serving as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients, internal partners, and the overall network, demonstrating grace under pressure and high ethical standards.
