The Small Business (SB) segment? That’s where things move fast. These customers need fast answers, simple solutions, and smart account managers who can keep up. We’re looking for a SB Account Manager – Manager who knows how to lead a volume-based team, drive renewals, maximize upsell opportunities, and build loyalty at scale. Requirements

  • 3–5 years in B2B account management, inside sales, or customer success.
  • 1–2+ years leading or mentoring high-volume reps (inbound/outbound/renewals).
  • Comfortable managing pipelines with speed, precision, and a human touch.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • You get small business: the urgency, the skepticism, and the loyalty once you’ve earned it
  • Strong CRM skills and a love for clean processes, fast follow-ups, and detailed forecasting.
  • You bring energy, accountability, and a coaching-first leadership style.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

  • Autodesk experience, channel sales, or tech/software licensing background.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Account Managers focused on the SB segment—think renewals, expansions, win-backs, and smart software upgrades.
  • Lead a high-frequency, low-complexity sales engine that supports hundreds of small clients across AEC.
  • Drive your team to consistently hit and exceed individual and team targets for renewals, upsells, and client retention.
  • Keep CRM systems clean, up to date, and forecast-ready.
  • Make sure every client—no matter how small—feels seen, supported, and set up for success.
  • Train your team on objection handling, time management, Autodesk licensing, and how to turn renewals into revenue.
  • Spot inefficiencies, automate the repeatable, and scale the smart stuff.
