About The Position

The Slots Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of slot machine operations, including personnel management, equipment performance, and floor organization. This role involves ensuring the efficient and professional operation of the slot department, maintaining positive relationships with internal staff, regulatory agencies, and customers, and coordinating with manufacturers and vendors.

Requirements

• Experience in personnel management (interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, terminating).
• Ability to resolve equipment operation discrepancies professionally.
• Skills in reviewing and analyzing slot equipment performance reports.
• Experience investigating deviations in slot management reports.
• Ability to organize machine placement, installations, moves, and conversions.
• Experience conferring with manufacturers and vendors regarding slot equipment and parts.
• Ability to assign and maintain work schedules for slot repair staff.
• Proficiency in using parts manuals.
• Experience maintaining an organized inventory.
• Ability to develop and monitor periodic maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities

• Effectively manage all personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and terminating.
• Resolve equipment operation discrepancies with internal personnel, gaming regulatory agency employees, and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Review and analyze reports related to slot equipment performance.
• Investigate deviations noted in slot management reports.
• Organize machine placement on casino floor, which may include the coordination of installations, moves, and conversions.
• Confer with manufacturers and vendors in a professional manner regarding slot equipment and parts.
• Assign and maintain work schedule for the slot repair staff.
• Utilize parts manuals and maintain an organized inventory.
• Develop and monitor periodic maintenance schedules to maintain efficiency of slot machinery.
