About The Position

This role involves preparing slot payoff requests and tax forms for jackpots, ensuring verification and payment in accordance with MGC regulations, internal controls, and slot department operating procedures. The attendant will also troubleshoot and repair minor issues at the machine level, documenting any problems that cannot be resolved on-site. Additionally, the role requires responding to information requests and exchanging large denomination currency. Requirements

• Ability to prepare slot payoff requests and tax forms.
• Knowledge of MGC regulations, internal controls, and slot department operating procedures.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair minor machine problems.

Responsibilities

• Prepares slot payoff requests and tax forms for jackpots, obtaining verification and payment as appropriate, in a manner consistent with MGC regulations, internal controls and slot department operating procedures.
• Troubleshoots and repairs minor problems at the machine. Documents those repairs unable to fix at machine level.
• Responds to requests for information, changes large denomination currency into requested bills.
• Provides superior levels of guest service to both internal and external guests.
