About The Position
This role involves effectively managing all personnel-related matters for the slot department, resolving equipment operation discrepancies, analyzing slot equipment performance reports, organizing machine placement on the casino floor, conferring with manufacturers and vendors, assigning work schedules for slot repair staff, maintaining an organized inventory of parts, and developing maintenance schedules to ensure the efficiency of slot machinery. Requirements
- Effective management of personnel-related matters (interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, terminating)
- Ability to resolve equipment operation discrepancies professionally
- Skill in reviewing and analyzing slot equipment performance reports
- Experience in organizing machine placement, installations, moves, and conversions
- Proficiency in conferring with manufacturers and vendors regarding slot equipment and parts
- Capability to assign and maintain work schedules for slot repair staff
- Familiarity with parts manuals and inventory management
- Experience in developing and monitoring periodic maintenance schedules
Responsibilities
- Effectively manage all personnel-related matters including but not limited to interviewing, hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and terminating
- Resolve equipment operation discrepancies with internal personnel, gaming regulatory agency employees, and customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Review and analyze reports related to slot equipment performance. Investigate deviations noted in slot management reports
- Organize machine placement on casino floor, which may include the coordination of installations, moves, and conversions
- Confer with manufacturers and vendors in a professional manner regarding slot equipment and parts
- Assign and maintain work schedule for the slot repair staff
- Utilize parts manuals and maintain an organized inventory
- Develop and monitor periodic maintenance schedules to maintain efficiency of slot machinery
