This role involves coordinating and supervising Gaming Technicians, Bench Technicians, and Senior Gaming Technicians on an assigned shift. The position is responsible for the repair, overhaul, and preventative maintenance of all slot machines to ensure optimal operation. Key duties include handling floor maintenance, processing paperwork for new machine setups and checkouts, maintaining accurate machine counts and records for the Gaming Commission, and supervising the breakdown, relocation, and setup of machines. The role also involves assisting in training new technicians, staying knowledgeable about gaming laws and regulations, and promoting positive guest relations. The supervisor will bring disputes and unusual guest activities to the attention of the shift manager or Gaming Performance Manager.
