About The Position

The Slots Gaming Support Technician is responsible for performing various tasks related to ATM, JDU, and MIMO operations, including fills, credits, and repairs. This role involves assisting guests with transactional needs, monitoring the status and security of gaming equipment, and balancing monies. The technician will also operate various machines, maintain knowledge of gaming laws and regulations, and promote departmental and property-wide promotions. Additionally, the position requires bringing employee concerns and guest issues to the attention of management and promoting positive guest relations through excellent service. The role also includes performing other assigned duties.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
High school diploma or GED required.
Must be able to frequently lift 20 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

Performs all ATM, JDU, and MIMO fills, credits, and repairs.
Works effectively and maintains positive relationships with internal and external venders and guests.
Assists guests with transactional needs related to ATMs, JDUs, and MIMOs.
Monitors status and working areas for ATMs, JDUs, and MIMOs ensuring all are operational and areas are secure and clean.
Balances monies received and disbursed.
Conducts operation of basic slot machinery, cash dispensing machine, redemption machine, bill counter, and calculator.
Maintains current knowledge of local jurisdiction gaming laws (federal, state, compact, etc.) and attendant regulations, as well as internal controls, policies and procedures.
Promotes departmental and property-wide promotions continually.
Brings employee concerns and/or problems and unusual guest activities to the attention of the shift manager.
Promotes positive guest relations through prompt, courteous and efficient service.
Performs all other duties as assigned.
