About The Position

Responsible for the overall maintenance and repair of slot machines, slot systems, and related equipment; perform routine maintenance on machines in order to assist in reaching profitability, guest satisfaction, workforce strength, and compliance goals. Diagnose and repair all technical problems associated with slot machines and related equipment. Perform routine maintenance on all slot machines and related equipment per manufacturer's specifications. Diagnose and repair all technical problems associated with ACSC slot system and the central control computer server system. Install, remove, and modify slot machines and related equipment as directed, including full preparation of slot machines for play. Generate computer reports relating to slot performance and maintenance, as required. Assist with guest service problems and inquiries.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests
  • Ability to read and interpret documents, such as operating and maintenance instructions and manuals
  • Ability to present information and respond to questions from employees and guests
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures
  • Ability to write reports
  • Ability to perform basic math skills
  • Ability to identify problems, collect data, analyze, and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of situations
  • Intermediate computer knowledge
  • Competent in Microsoft Office applications
  • Must qualify for any credentialing requirements of the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s/Technical Degree in a technical or related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical or computer related field or prior experience with slot machines
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience
