Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of related experience
Must meet all licensing requirements for gaming operations
Strong knowledge of slot machine electronics, mechanisms, and systems
Skills in gaming device diagnostics and troubleshooting, training, organization, reporting, analyzing, customer service, and communication
Hold and maintain a valid driver’s license, pass a motor vehicle record check, and drug test
Operate a motor vehicle when necessary

Responsibilities

Manage the working schedule, training, and task assignment of team members, supervising quality and performance
Oversee and perform repair and preventative maintenance of slot machines and online systems, and collaborate with Bench Technicians to optimize repair processes
Handle initial setup, checkout, configuration, and paperwork of new gaming devices
Assist with troubleshooting issues and promote positive guest relations
Ensure adherence to federal, state, and internal gaming regulations, policies, and procedures
Operate a motor vehicle when necessary
