About The Position

This position involves providing exceptional guest service on the casino floor, responding to guest needs, and ensuring the smooth operation of slot machines. The role requires adherence to company policies, cash handling, and performing minor slot machine repairs. Teamwork with the Slot Leadership Team is essential for maintaining high guest satisfaction and prompt service.

Requirements

Must be able to stand for a minimum eight (8) hour shifts.
Must be able to work for extended periods of time in an environment that is typically crowded, noisy and smoky.
Must be able to work in, and provide Guest Service in an environment where alcohol consumption is prevalent.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Possession of, and ability to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license within assigned state of employment and other jurisdictions.
Must successfully pass background check.
Must successfully pass an alcohol and drug screening.
Must be 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

Maintain a positive attitude and support company policies.
Adhere to guest service standards and work towards achieving guest satisfaction goals.
Ensure exceptional guest service and prompt response to guests' needs through teamwork.
Provide cash handling service to casino patrons.
Be responsible for assigned casino funds and proper handling of fund exchanges.
Respond to change lights on slot machines and service calls.
Assist all customers needing change or other assistance.
Notify appropriate staff for assistance outside of scope of responsibilities.
Ensure slot machines are operating properly and procedures are executed according to company policy.
Perform minor slot machine repairs not requiring a Slot Technician.
Assist casino patrons with general questions.
Comply with all Company and departmental policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Represent the department in specific project and company meetings.
