About The Position
The Slot Performance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and performance of all slot machines and gaming-related equipment while ensuring compliance with company policies, internal controls, and state gaming regulations. This role provides direct leadership to the Slot Technician team, supports departmental training and development, and ensures the integrity, security, and operational efficiency of the casino’s slot floor. The successful candidate must possess strong technical expertise, leadership skills.
