Slot Operations Supervisor
About The Position
Valey Forge Casino is seeking a Slot Supervisor for their Overnight 3rd shift. The successful candidate will provide friendly, courteous, and efficient guest service and ensure a prompt response to all guests’ needs. This position supervises the Casino Beverage team in addition to the Slot Attendants. Adhere to all department and property policies, procedures, and internal controls. Must maintain the strictest confidence of any and all confidential information regarding our guests. Coach, monitor, and develop team members for improved performance. Through teamwork with others, ensure great guest service and prompt response to guests’ needs at all times. Assure that the slot machines are operating properly and that all jackpot payoffs are executed in a timely manner according to company policy. Verify, process, and authorize jackpot payouts. Support and assist Slot Attendants and Beverage personnel on the Casino Floor. Other various duties as assigned by the Slot Manager.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One-year slot experience or prior slot experience.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills for both internal and external guests.
- Ability to count money and make change.
- Basic computer, math, reading, and writing skills.
- General knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is a plus.
- Ability to establish rapport with other team members throughout the casino.
- Be able to work in a smoke filled casino environment with loud noises and lights.
- Must be able to obtain required licenses.
