This role is responsible for monitoring slot machine operations, assisting with manual jackpot payouts, and restocking TITO printers. The Slot Attendant will also troubleshoot issues with sports wagering kiosks, ensure compliance with company internal controls, policies, and procedures, and protect company assets. A key responsibility includes adhering to Title 31 regulations, which involves managing Multiple Transaction Logs, Currency Transaction Reports, Suspicious Activity Reports, and W2Gs. The position requires assisting the Marine and Security departments during emergencies, signing up new players for Reward Card Accounts, and utilizing the casino management system for tasks such as making Reward cards, point redemption, and issuing comps. Additionally, the Slot Attendant will make reservations for guests, possess knowledge of all property amenities, events, and promotions, and interact positively with customers on the casino floor. A core aspect of the role is providing service that reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation, and Recognition (S.T.A.R.). The Slot Attendant must immediately report any violations of Internal Controls or State Regulations related to gaming activity to the on-site IGC Agent, Security, and Supervisor on Duty, in accordance with the company's Self-Reporting Policy. Miscellaneous duties may also be assigned by management.
