About The Position

The Slot Attendant is responsible for developing and maintaining a friendly and courteous rapport with customers and employees. This role involves performing minor machine maintenance, completing documentation for cash transactions and jackpot payouts, and conducting slot floor activities to ensure the protection of company property and funds. The Slot Attendant also maintains the safety and cleanliness of assigned areas and ensures secure key controls at all times. Additionally, the position involves paying and verifying jackpot winnings to customers and completing all required documentation. Requirements

• Ability to develop, apply, and maintain a friendly and courteous rapport with customers and employees
• Ability to perform minor machine maintenance
• Ability to complete written department forms accurately and legibly
• Ability to effectively communicate by two-way radio
• Ability to conduct slot floor activities to ensure protection of company property and funds
• Ability to maintain the safety and cleanliness of assigned areas
• Ability to maintain secure key controls at all times
• Ability to pay and/or verify jackpot winnings and complete required documentation

Responsibilities

• Develop, apply, and maintain a friendly and courteous rapport with customers and employees
• Perform minor machine maintenance, such as lock and unlock machine doors, clearing jams, replenishing paper, and resetting machines
• Complete written department forms to document cash transactions, jackpot payouts, etc. in an accurate, legible manner
• Carry and effectively communicate by two-way radio
• Conduct slot floor activities to ensure protection of company property and funds; and maintain the safety and cleanliness of assigned areas
• Maintain secure key controls at all times
• Pay and/or verify jackpot winnings to customers and complete required written documentation
