Neurocare is offering a unique opportunity to start a healthcare career through their Paid Sleep Technologist Training Program. This program is designed for motivated individuals, even those without prior sleep medicine experience, to learn and earn simultaneously. Participants will receive paid, hands-on clinical training in leading hospitals and sleep centers across Massachusetts, working alongside experienced healthcare professionals. This role provides a strong foundation for various healthcare careers such as nursing, physician assistant programs, medical school, respiratory therapy, and neurodiagnostics.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable using computers and technology
  • Reliable and professional
  • Comfortable working overnight shifts
  • Willingness to learn and grow in healthcare

Responsibilities

  • Preparing patients for overnight sleep studies
  • Applying monitoring equipment and sensors
  • Monitoring patient safety and sleep data throughout the night
  • Recording clinical observations
  • Working closely with physicians to provide accurate diagnostic information
  • Delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
