About The Position

Neurocare is offering a Paid Sleep Technologist Training Program for motivated individuals, including recent college graduates, who are looking to start a meaningful career in healthcare. This program provides a unique opportunity to enter the field of sleep medicine without prior experience. Participants will receive paid, hands-on clinical training while working alongside experienced professionals in leading hospitals and sleep centers across Massachusetts. The role involves developing skills in direct patient care, clinical monitoring, medical technology, critical thinking, problem-solving, medical documentation, and healthcare communication. This experience serves as a strong foundation for various healthcare professions such as nursing, physician assistant programs, medical school, respiratory therapy, and neurodiagnostics.
