This role involves providing skills training and vocational services to support career services goals, including financial, mission, training, continuous quality improvement, and marketing objectives. The instructor will deliver high-quality, individualized services to program participants/job seekers, focusing on the mission of Goodwill of North Georgia. Responsibilities include training and supervising participants in various settings, implementing and customizing curriculum, preparing reports, advocating for participants, collaborating with employment staff, ensuring participant rights, identifying employment barriers, providing supportive counseling, maintaining documentation, and developing professional development plans. The role also involves managing instructional materials, building relationships with partners, researching new training sites, and complying with all relevant regulations and policies. The instructor will also participate in teams and meetings, and support other program and Goodwill functions when not instructing.
