About The Position

Sofive Soccer Center is seeking an enthusiastic, kid-centric coach to lead fun, friendly, and structured weekly soccer classes for children ages 5 to 12. The coach uses the Skills Institute curriculum to teach core technical skills and foster teamwork, perseverance, sportsmanship, confidence, and character development. The role includes building relationships with players and families, representing the Sofive, Skills Institute, and Lil’ Kickers brands, and supporting marketing efforts and special events when needed. Shifts are consistent throughout a 13-week season. Weekend availability is required, with additional opportunities on weekday afternoons and evenings. The role pays $17.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Passion for youth development and a love of soccer.
• Willingness to learn and grow as a coach.
• Commitment to weekly shifts for the duration of each season.
• Ability to work with children ages 5 to 12 and keep them engaged.
• Background check required.
• Weekend availability is required.

Nice To Haves

• Some soccer playing experience.
• Limited coaching experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities
