About The Position

The Arc Erie County NY is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities across Western New York. With a 75-year history, the organization offers innovative residential, educational, clinical, and employment services. The Spring 2027 Skills-Building Internship Program provides hands-on, credit-bearing experiences designed to prepare the next generation of professionals. This is not a passive internship; interns become part of the team from day one, gaining real-world experience, mentorship, and opportunities to make a difference.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in college or recently graduated
• Passionate about helping others
• Reliable, motivated, and eager to learn
• Interested in nonprofit, education, healthcare, or human services
• Credit-bearing (if applicable through your school)
