Carpenter / Drywaller / Painter – Skilled Tradesmen
About The Position
ServiceMaster DSI is seeking a full-time skilled tradesman with remodeling experience in areas such as drywall, painting, tile, flooring, carpentry, or mechanical work. The role covers construction phases of restoration projects, from small patch-and-paint jobs to complete home rebuilds; tradesmen do not perform water mitigation. The company describes the position as year-round, steady, and permanent, with a consistent workload and opportunities for advancement. Compensation is $22–$32 per hour depending on experience and trade knowledge, plus a daily vehicle stipend for travel expenses. Overtime is paid at 40 or more hours and double time after 60 hours. Six major holidays are paid, and PTO accrues as employees work.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Perform remodeling and construction work on restoration projects, ranging from small repairs to complete home rebuilds.

- Collaborate with superintendents and other tradesmen to accomplish job goals.
- Provide quality work and contribute to customer service for clients.
