About The Position

Registered Nurse (RN) – Full-Time Skilled Home Health. Make a meaningful impact through skilled nursing care. How You’ll Make a Difference As a skilled RN, you’ll provide a variety of services based on each patient’s individual needs and plan of care, including: Skilled nursing visits in patients’ homes, Patient assessments/admissions, Wound care, Medication administration, IV infusions, Communication with patients, families, physicians, and the care team, Accurate and timely clinical documentation. NO OASIS. You’ll coordinate visits directly with patients and manage your schedule while working independently in the field. This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys variety, autonomy, and providing personalized care in a home health setting.

Requirements

Current, unrestricted Texas RN license
At least 1 year of RN experience, preferably in ER, Med-Surg, acute care, or a similar setting
Current BLS/CPR certification
Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage patient visits effectively
Reliable transportation for travel between patient visits
