We serve Medicaid and private-pay clients, giving you the opportunity to provide focused, hands-on care without the administrative burden of OASIS.
Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Reliable and compassionate approach to patient care
Nice To Haves
- Home health experience preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
- Perform skilled visits, including wound care, medication administration, and IV infusions
- Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families
- Work with our team and patients to help create a schedule that works for you
