About The Position

Pickering Manor is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse Supervisor for its Skilled Nursing units, specifically for the night shift (11 p.m. to 7 a.m.). This role is crucial in providing compassionate and high-quality care to senior residents, ensuring their well-being and supporting their daily health needs. The position offers a shift differential for night work and is part of an established senior living community with a long-standing reputation for exceptional care.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Strong clinical assessment skills and knowledge of nursing practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff, residents, and families.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with daily living activities and support residents' personal hygiene needs.
• Monitor patients' health status and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Educate residents and their families about health management and wellness strategies.
