As an RN on our skilled team, you’ll provide a variety of skilled nursing visits to patients in the comfort of their homes. Travel between patient visits is part of the role. We believe flexibility is an important part of providing great care. You’ll work with your patients to help determine a schedule that works for both you and your patients. We work with Medicaid and private-pay insurance, which means NO OASIS! This allows you to focus on providing quality patient care without OASIS documentation. If you enjoy working independently and continuing to build your clinical skills, you’ll find a supportive home with our skilled team.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in settings such as ER, Med-Surg, or acute care facilities
- Active RN license in good standing
Responsibilities
- Completing patient assessments
- Wound care
- Medication administration
- IV infusions
- Developing and implementing patient care plans
- Monitoring patient progress and changes in condition
- Communicating with physicians and other members of the care team
