Skilled Registered Nurse
About The Position

This role is ideal for an RN who enjoys variety, autonomy, and providing personalized care in a home health setting. Requirements
- Current, unrestricted Texas RN license
- At least 1 year of RN experience, preferably in ER, Med-Surg, acute care, or a similar setting
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage patient visits effectively
- Reliable transportation for travel between patient visits
Responsibilities
- Skilled nursing visits in patients’ homes
- Patient assessments/admissions
- Wound care
- Medication administration
- IV infusions
- Communication with patients, families, physicians, and the care team
- Accurate and timely clinical documentation
