About The Position
JELD-WEN is hiring Manufacturing Team Members to produce doors and windows in a safe, challenging, and fast-paced working environment. Depending on production needs, team members may operate production machinery, work on assembly lines, inspect product quality, prepare and handle materials, machine products for hardware installation, stage and package finished products for delivery, and perform other general warehouse duties. Previous experience in manufacturing or a similar environment is preferred but not required.
Requirements
- Commercial machine operator experience.
- Past experience in commercial woodworking, such as doors, millwork, or cabinets.
- Past experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
- General knowledge of building materials.
- Ability to perform simple math and use basic handheld measuring tools.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is preferred, but not required.

- Operate small and large machines in the production of doors and windows.
