About The Position
Independence Home Health LLC is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes in Mooresville, Indiana, and surrounding areas. Nurses help patients maintain their independence and remain safe and comfortable at home. The role offers part-time opportunities, flexible scheduling, a supportive office and clinical team, training and ongoing clinical support, and opportunities for professional growth. Requirements
- For Registered Nurses: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- For Registered Nurses: Active Indiana RN license or qualifying multistate license.
- For Licensed Practical Nurses: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
- For Licensed Practical Nurses: Active Indiana LPN license.
- Current CPR certification.
- Reliable transportation.
- Willingness to travel to patients' homes within the service area.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Dependable, professional, and compassionate attitude.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a supportive team.

Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing visits to patients in their homes.
- Perform patient assessments and monitor health conditions.
- Provide nursing treatments and services within the scope of practice.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered and authorized.
- Monitor patient progress and report changes in condition.
- Educate patients and caregivers about health conditions and care needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Communicate with physicians and other members of the healthcare team.
- Follow established plans of care and agency policies.
