About The Position
The Commonwise Caregiver helps clients thrive by supporting their safety, autonomy, and quality of life. This role involves building long-lasting relationships with clients and families, providing reliable care during times of need, and advocating for clients in community settings. Responsibilities include assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, and feeding, as well as Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) like light housekeeping, meal preparation, driving clients, and engaging in creative hobbies.
Requirements
- RNs, LPNs, CNAs, PCAs, HHAs, PCTs, MedTechs, Nurse Aides, Companions, PT Assistants, Nursing Students, and more.
Responsibilities
- Build long-lasting relationships with clients and families
- Provide reliable care during times of need
- Advocate for clients in community settings
- Assist with ADLs (Activities of Daily Living): bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, feeding
- Assist with IADLs (Instrumental Activities of Daily Living): light housekeeping, meal prep, driving clients, creative hobbies
