About The Position

Black Rifle Coffee Company is proud to support transitioning service members through the DOD SkillBridge Program. As a Recruiting Coordinator Intern, you will receive hands-on training and mentorship in the field of Talent Acquisition, with a focus on high-volume retail hiring across our corporate-owned outposts. This is a learning-focused opportunity designed to help you build foundational skills in recruiting, HR systems, candidate experience, and cross-functional communication. This internship is ideal for someone interested in learning how a recruiting team operates in a fast-paced, mission-driven consumer brand.

Requirements

• Must be an Active-duty service member eligible for the DOD SkillBridge Program within 180 days of separation.
• Pre-approval from Chain of Command to participate in internship lasting at least 90 days.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Passion for BRCC’s mission and supporting Veterans, Military, and First Responder communities.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with recruiting or administrative functions is a plus.
• Experience with Workday or other ATS platforms is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate candidate interviews with General Managers and Area Managers.
• Manage multiple schedules across time zones using digital tools.
• Prepare candidates and hiring teams for a great interview experience.
• Manage candidate pipelines and requisitions in Workday ATS.
• Post jobs, update statuses, and maintain accurate records.
• Serve as the main point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Communicate clearly and timely with candidates to guide them through interviews.
• Troubleshoot issues, reschedule interviews, and maintain a high-touch candidate experience.
