Requirements

Excellent communication skills.
Guest centric mindset – enjoy working with people from different backgrounds.
Team player, but also able to work independently.
Can operate under pressure.
Detail oriented.
Customer service experience preferred.
Computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide the highest level of service for our customers.
Through active participation in training, gain a thorough knowledge of the Resort POS Sales System.
Provide guests with product information and assist customers in selecting the product(s) best suited to their needs and goals.
Understand all aspects of the Mountain Sports School Operation including booking procedures for private lessons and Childcare, and on-mountain procedures.
Understand the unique aspects of each sales location: Bridger Activities Desk, Kids Ranch, Jackson Hole Sports, and Four Seasons.
Maintain up-to-date information on availability and book lessons accordingly.
Assure proper cash handling and charge procedures.
Assist in other aspects of the Mountain Sports School Operation as needed.
Ensure that all liability release forms and other paperwork are accurately signed and filed.
Maintain high standards regarding policies and procedures of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort.
Maintain a neat, clean and safe work area and building.
Provide general information regarding other areas of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort Operation.
