About The Position

Assists with the daily administrative operations of the Ski and Ride School at Bear Mountain. The starting wage is $21.28–$25.54 per hour, depending on experience. The role requires flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, and may be based at any Big Bear Mountain Resort location. Employment offers are contingent on successful completion of a background investigation and the ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without accommodation.

Requirements

At least 18 years old.
High school diploma or GED.
Valid California driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Ability to operate equipment as needed.
Effective communication skills and ability to act as an ambassador of service to staff and guests with respect and maturity.
Ability to read, understand, and comply with documents such as guest policies and procedure manuals.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, browser-based research tools, Workday, Siriusware, and Flaik.
Highly organized, self-starting, and able to multitask.
Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays, at any Big Bear Mountain Resort location.
Successful completion of a background investigation.
Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without accommodation.
