About The Position

The Lead Ski & Ride School position supervises Ski and Ride School operations and supports staff development and a positive guest experience. The role oversees daily instruction, including curriculum development, scheduling, and class assignments, and contributes to hiring, training, payroll, equipment inventory, and guest feedback reporting. The Lead monitors instructor performance and behavior, maintains compliance with applicable laws and company policies, follows safety and incident-reporting procedures, and coordinates with management, other departments, and third-party organizations. The role also participates in leadership forums and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a winter-seasonal position for 2026/2027, with part-time hours available. The expected pay range is $23.00 to $53.50 per hour.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Current PSIA/AASI or equivalent certification.
1–3 years of ski or snowboard instructor experience.
1 year of supervisory experience.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
Ability to meet the physical demands of ski and ride training and drills.
Fluent English communication skills.
At least 18 years of age.
