About The Position
Responsible for safety and supervision of patrons during public skate sessions. This position is not eligible for remote work.
Requirements
- Proficient ice skater
- Ability to communicate effectively while working independently and with other staff members
- Competent multi-tasker
- Willingness to assist customers
- Ability to work comfortably with all age groups, especially younger children
Nice To Haves
- First aid training is preferred
Responsibilities
- Monitor public skating sessions for safety
- Ensure that every skater has paid for admission
- Enforce rink rules and regulations
- Assist customers with skating
- Promote in-house programs
