Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or statistics (Master’s preferred).
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt required.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or process improvement roles in a manufacturing or regulated industry (medical devices, pharma preferred).
Proven experience leading large-scale Six Sigma programs and Kaizen events across multiple sites.
Strategic thinking with a hands-on execution mindset.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Influencing and coaching across organizational levels.
Project management and prioritization.
Cultural adaptability and cross-site collaboration.
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated results in delivering significant business impact through Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong facilitation, coaching, and training skills with ability to engage at all levels of the organization.
Ability to travel between sites and work in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, implementation, and governance of the Six Sigma program across sites.
Coordinate training waves (Yellow, Green, Black Belt) including planning, scheduling, certification, and follow-up.
Develop and maintain program metrics, dashboards, and reporting to leadership on impact and progress.
Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops in Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving tools.
Mentor and coach project teams and belt candidates through the DMAIC process and other CI methodologies.
Build capability across all levels of the organization to identify, scope, and execute improvement projects.
Lead the creation and support of a talent capability program focused on developing associates to support business core competencies.
Facilitate and lead cross-functional Kaizen events to improve processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
Partner with site leaders and functional heads to identify high-impact opportunities for improvement.
Ensure projects are aligned to business priorities and deliver measurable, sustainable results.
Act as a change agent to foster a culture of continuous improvement, empowerment, and innovation.
Engage with senior leaders to align projects with strategic objectives.
Influence and coach leadership teams on Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement principles.
