Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or statistics (Master’s preferred).
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence, or process improvement roles in a manufacturing or regulated industry (medical devices, pharma preferred).
  • Proven experience leading large-scale Six Sigma programs and Kaizen events across multiple sites.
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on execution mindset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Influencing and coaching across organizational levels.
  • Project management and prioritization.
  • Cultural adaptability and cross-site collaboration.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated results in delivering significant business impact through Lean Six Sigma initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and training skills with ability to engage at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to travel between sites and work in a fast-paced, global environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and governance of the Six Sigma program across sites.
  • Coordinate training waves (Yellow, Green, Black Belt) including planning, scheduling, certification, and follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain program metrics, dashboards, and reporting to leadership on impact and progress.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops in Lean, Six Sigma, and problem-solving tools.
  • Mentor and coach project teams and belt candidates through the DMAIC process and other CI methodologies.
  • Build capability across all levels of the organization to identify, scope, and execute improvement projects.
  • Lead the creation and support of a talent capability program focused on developing associates to support business core competencies.
  • Facilitate and lead cross-functional Kaizen events to improve processes, reduce waste, and increase efficiency.
  • Partner with site leaders and functional heads to identify high-impact opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure projects are aligned to business priorities and deliver measurable, sustainable results.
  • Act as a change agent to foster a culture of continuous improvement, empowerment, and innovation.
  • Engage with senior leaders to align projects with strategic objectives.
  • Influence and coach leadership teams on Lean Six Sigma and other continuous improvement principles.
