About The Position
Works under the supervision of the assigned licensed nurse and visually monitors patients or clients for actions or behaviors that demonstrate increased agitation or intent to inflict harm on themselves or others. The role requires direct observation of patients with potential tendencies to harm themselves or others. Reports concerning actions or behaviors to the assigned nurse in a timely manner to help promote a safe environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
