About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous healthcare experience is welcomed but not required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn.

Nice To Haves

• Current Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification preferred.
• Previous healthcare experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous observation and support for patients requiring close monitoring.
• Help maintain a safe, calm, and comfortable environment.
• Promptly report changes in patient condition or behavior to nursing staff.
• Preserve patient dignity, privacy, and respect at all times.
• Work closely with nurses and healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes and safety.
