About The Position

CMGT, a management company specializing in Homeowners Association (HOA) management, is seeking a Site Visit Specialist to examine communities and document issues that need repair, correction, or attention. The position is primarily on the road, with work involving driving to and through communities up to 90% of the time and a stated work location of on the road. The role covers Gonzales, Ascension, Dutchtown, Denham Springs, surrounding parishes, and portfolio locations including Ascension, Thibodaux, St. James, EBR, and New Orleans. Mileage is paid. Compensation is $14.00 per hour plus mileage. The specialist also assists Community Managers with processing letters, contacts vendors, and supports Corporate staff with data entry and other assigned duties. The role requires comfort using software and devices such as smartphones and smartphone cameras, reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and proof of current vehicle insurance. A background check is required.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; high school or equivalent is listed as preferred under Education.
Must be comfortable using software and devices such as smartphones and smartphone cameras.
Must have reliable transportation.
Must have a clean driving record.
Must provide proof of current car insurance.
Must have a driver's license.
Must have vehicle insurance.
Must be willing to travel 100%.
