About The Position

CMGT is seeking a Site Visit Specialist to examine HOA communities and document issues requiring repair, correction, or attention. The position involves extensive driving to and through communities, with work described as 95% on the road and travel of up to 90% of the time. The specialist must be comfortable using smartphones, smartphone cameras, and software. The role also assists Community Managers with processing letters, contacts vendors, and supports Corporate staff with data entry and other assigned duties. Mileage is paid. The position covers Gonzales, Ascension, Dutchtown, Denham Springs, and surrounding areas, with portfolio locations also including Thibodaux, St. James, EBR, New Orleans, and surrounding areas.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Comfort using smartphones, smartphone cameras, and software.
• Reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and proof of current vehicle insurance.
• Driver's license required.
• Willingness to travel 100%.
• Background check required.
• Attention to detail.
