About The Position

Willoughby Heritage Farm and Conservation Reserve is a public park inspired by 1940s farming life, featuring tractors, barns, a 1930s Craftsman-style farmhouse, live animals, and more than 30 acres of wildlife preserve with hiking trails, bridges, and vistas. The Site Supervisor supports after-hours rentals, ensuring proper care of the farm and addressing rental customers’ needs. Working independently, the supervisor meets with customers to help ensure rentals are handled properly, including cleanup at the end of the shift. The role also involves interacting with the public, providing excellent customer service, and helping maintain safety and cleanliness throughout the park.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Have familiarity with group rentals and customer service.
• Be able to adapt quickly.

• Be able to ensure rules are followed and troubleshoot minor incidents.

Responsibilities

• Support after-hours rentals and ensure proper care of Willoughby Farm.
• Address rental customers’ needs and meet with them to ensure their rental is handled properly.
