Site Supervisor - Willoughby Farm

About The Position

The Site Supervisor at Willoughby Heritage Farm and Conservation Reserve works with after-hours rentals to ensure proper care of the farm and address rental customers’ needs. The role works independently and meets with customers to ensure their rentals are handled properly, including cleanup at the end of the shift. Duties also include communicating with the public, providing excellent customer service, and helping maintain safety and cleanliness throughout the park.

Requirements

Be 16 years of age or older.
Be familiar with group rentals and customer service.
Be able to adapt quickly.
Be team-oriented and have a positive, can-do attitude.
Be able to ensure rules are followed and troubleshoot minor incidents.
Be able to demonstrate punctuality and attendance, a positive attitude and appearance, and mature judgment and ethical behavior.
Be able to think clearly and respond appropriately in an emergency.
Be able to read, write, and perform mathematical equations.
Be able to work with limited supervision and multitask.
Be able to use knowledge, critical thinking, judgment, and problem-solving skills to handle situations.
Be able to resolve conflict fairly, safely, and in a timely manner.
Be able to walk, run, stand, sit, and complete a variety of motor skills; walk and/or stand on concrete for most of the shift; bend to the floor and reach overhead; and hear and see well.
Be able to work staggered shifts as necessary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and work in hot, cold, wet, or otherwise unpleasant outdoor conditions and in a loud, fast-paced environment.
