About The Position

E.K.G. Security, Inc. is hiring a full-time Site Supervisor in Milledgeville, Georgia. The supervisor leads site operations, coordinates staffing and schedules, supports and supervises up to 10 officers, ensures training standards are upheld, and maintains high service quality. The role serves as a communication link between officers and E.K.G. management and resolves issues before they escalate. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The company describes its culture as focused on respect, accountability, advancement, and recognizing leadership and effort.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of security experience.
• 1 year of Site Supervisor experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Motor vehicle screening, drug screening, and criminal background check.
