About The Position

At Commercial Cleaning Services (CCS), we are dedicated to creating cleaner, healthier spaces through professional cleaning services, industry-leading training, and environmentally friendly practices. We are seeking a Site Supervisor for one of our facilities in Langley, BC. This role involves overseeing a team of janitorial staff to ensure high-quality cleaning services are delivered while upholding our standards for safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in a leadership role within the facility services industry.
• Strong knowledge of best practices in the cleaning industry, including cleaning processes, environmentally sustainable products, tools, equipment, and machinery.
• Demonstrated people management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and meet unforeseen demands.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ability to use technology tools.
• Must pass a Police Background Check.
• Legally authorized to work in Canada, without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure exceptional customer service through regular communication with onsite representatives and timely response to service quality issues.
• Promote a service-oriented culture among the team.
• Prepare shift schedules and work assignments to ensure efficient service delivery according to contract requirements.
• Promote a healthy and safe work environment by ensuring all employees follow safe operating policies and procedures.
• Provide support for the training of new employees.
• Order supplies, tools, and equipment, and manage a preventative maintenance program.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are met.
• Support with cleaning duties.
• Manage communication via radio.
• Perform other duties as reasonably required.
