About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Supervisor for a data center site in Whitney, Texas. The role supervises day-to-day security services, maintains a high standard of service, and helps protect people and property. The supervisor serves as a liaison among GardaWorld, the client, and assigned staff; supports staffing schedules, payroll, and reporting; and responds to alarms, threats, and incidents. Multiple full-time and part-time positions are available. Specific shifts and schedules will be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements

Be authorized to work in the United States.
Be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver's license; a restricted B license is not accepted.
Have previous supervisor experience.
Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
Pass an extensive screening process, including a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.
Be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
Have a state license if required.

Nice To Haves

First aid certification is an asset.
Security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred.
Previous supervisory experience is described as preferred in addition to being listed as required.

Responsibilities

Ensure GardaWorld Security core values are integrated into business practices.
Supervise day-to-day security services at the facility and ensure a high standard of service.
Assist with developing and implementing staffing schedules, payroll, and other reports.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with the client and employees, serving as a liaison between GardaWorld, the client, and assigned staff.
React quickly to threats or incidents.
Check that alarms and cameras are functioning properly.
Document incidents and actions taken.
Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
